Military circuit training is simply the best way to lose weight and get fit. How do we know this? Because it is used by our armed forces. The people who need to be the fittest and best in the world know that this type of training is what works.
With this in mind, we offer military fitness training to the masses, delivered by ex-army physical training instructors. We know that we offer the best way to get fit, and when you've tried us once, you'll know this too.
We are an independent gym in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, providing an array of fitness solutions.
Our speciality is a military based system of indoors and outdoors circuit training ran by ex-army physical training instructors and martial arts experts. We are a no nonsense yet fun experience which is hard but works.
Our Military Circuit Training is a high intensity, total body workout with cardiovascular work. It is no nonsense training for those serious about fitness, and those serious about getting fit.
We are delighted to announce that our new conditioning classes will start on Monday 9th April, with Stephen Cassells. These classes will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Classes will be £3 per session or part of your monthly membership.
We are also excited to announce that for anyone who currently has a membership or is looking to sign up for one, we will now be providing tailored nutrition advice to help you reach optimal fitness and achieve your goals.
